When we organize executive retreats, guide celebrities, or operate team building challenges, we have the people and equipment and experience to make this trip go smoothly. Charter helicopters or planes, yes, but also back-up vehicles, in case weather doesn't cooperate. However, the adventures will be the same as for all Serendipity guests -- operated privately, away from tourists on buses.
Team building can be as simple as rafting -- with each team member taking a hand at guiding the raft, setting the line. We provide all sorts of extra rescue kayakers, of course. Or, more complex: figure out how to ascend a rain forest giant, with only an instruction manual and piles of ropes, harnesses, and connectors. These are real challenges, with consequences, and leadership skills are definitely required - but so is teamwork.
Remember, it is only your hand-picked companions and Serendipity's watchful guides... and plenty of food and drink as you make progress.
.VIP service is most obvious in our selection of hotels and private residences with full staff and cook.
Even in high standard hotels, Serendipity will bring in your preferred beverages and be ready to prepare your favorite meals.
You never have to think about disrupting your priority, from resting to adventures to family time or company meeting.
While we're at it, let's talk about Risk. It's one of the most important aspects of any adventure. We're proud of our record, and our commitment to setting the standard in Costa Rica for minimizing risk.
The rafting guides were great it was so much fun the food was a lovely surprise. Horseback was a favorite - the horses were handsome and the trail was beautiful. I have a great sense of accomplishment while climbing the trees - and the ropes made me feel very safe. I learned how to get out of my comfort zone, be flexible, and how to deal with bugs.
